Comprehensive solution for grain transshipment from warehouse to barge
Specialists of Zernovaya Stolitsa Group of Companies have successfully implemented a complex solution of grain transshipment from a grain warehouse to a barge with a capacity of 250 t/h.
For one of the largest grain operators on the market, Zernovaya Stolitsa Group of Companies manufactured and installed transportation equipment that allows to transload grain from a floor storage warehouse to barges and ships.
Full loading of a barge with displacement of 5000 tons and product volume of 2000 tons (0.75 t/m3 of grain) takes no more than a day, which was the main requirement of this project.
The scope of delivery included the following equipment:
- Mobile belt conveyor ZEO-BC-250 t/h.
- Scraper conveyors ZEO-DC-250 t/h.
- Belt conveyor ZEO-BC-250 t/h, additionally equipped with precipitation shelter.
- Noria ZEO-BE-250 t/h.
- ZEO-RPA-400 automatic roller gate valves.
Specially for this project specialists of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" developed and supplied mobile belt conveyor ZEO-BC-250, the main task of which is loading of barges and ships with bulk products.
Technical characteristics of the conveyor:
- Total length - 31 meters.
- Angle of inclination - 21°.
- Lifting height - 11m,
- Boom outreach - 15m.
With a maximum boom angle of 21°, the mobile belt conveyor delivers a capacity of 250 t/h, with a peak line capacity of 280 t/h in the test.
An automatic system is used to control the operation of the transloader, the conveyor is equipped with monitoring and emergency shutdown sensors, which guarantee reliable and continuous operation.
The next stage of the reconstruction of the universal warehouse complex is the installation of hopper scales. This technological scheme will allow our partner to become more mobile and efficient, as this solution will significantly simplify the process of loading barges with product.
