Mechanization of warehouse and berth in Odesa region
We are pleased to announce that specialists of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" have successfully completed the project of mechanization of grain warehouse and wharf, located in Odessa region.
The works included:
- Technological engineering of warehouse and berth mechanization with organization of grain raw material acceptance from vehicles and its subsequent shipment to river vessels with capacity up to 250 t/h.
- The adopted solutions allow to organize grain shipment to river vessels both by direct variant (car-vessel) and with the use of a warehouse for temporary accumulation of grain raw material batches.
- Mechanization of loading and unloading works in the warehouse is provided with the use of mobile conveyors and bucket loaders.
- Acceptance and release of grain raw materials outside the warehouse is provided using stationary lifting and transportation mechanisms (conveyors, burrows).
- Control of the quantity of grain raw materials is provided for when releasing grain raw materials to river vessels using bunker scales ZEO-BV-300.
“The works were performed efficiently and within the established deadlines. The technology used allowed us to load river-sea vessels within one day,” said V. Galich, Commercial Director of Grain Capital, GC.
The following equipment was manufactured and supplied on the basis of the process engineering developed by the specialists of GC "Grain Capital":
- Mobile ship-loading machines ZEO-BC-250.
- Mobile belt conveyors ZEO-BC-250.
- Scraper conveyors ZEO-DC-250.
- Noria ZEO-BES-250.
- Mobile hopper ZEO-HOP-5M
- Bunker scales ZEO-BV-300.
- Gravity flow equipment.
Installation of process equipment, start-up and commissioning works, electrical works and ACS were also performed.
