Modernization of feed production

We are strengthening the capacity of our partner from Lviv region, which specializes in the production of ready-made animal feed.

The specialists of Grain Capital Group supplied and installed transportation, weighing and cleaning equipment, as well as additional components, including those for aspiration.

The scope of work included:

• Dismantling of old equipment.
• Calculation of the self-supporting elevators' bracing.
• Installation of new equipment, its commissioning and unification with the existing production.
• Installation of aspiration for the separator BSX-200.

List of equipment:

• Scraper reversing conveyor - 50 tons/hour.
• Scraper conveyors ZEO-DC-50 t/h.
• Manufacturing and installation of a frame for the conveyor gearbox.
• ZEO-BES self-supporting elevators with a capacity of 100 tons per hour.
• Manufacturing and installation of mounting kits for elevators.
• Automatic tipping bucket valve ZEO-AVTP/AVDP.
• Weighing module.
• Manufacturing and installation of the weighing module frame.
• Separator BSX-200.
• Gravity equipment.

All supplied equipment is specially designed to meet the needs of feedstuffs, providing optimal conditions for their transportation.
