Modernization of an oilseed processing plant in Northern Ukraine

Within the framework of modernization of the enterprise PJSC “Nizhyn fat factory ‘* and in order to increase the productivity of production processes, specialists of GC ’Zernovaya Stolitsa” manufactured and delivered the following transport equipment:

• ZEO-DC scraper conveyors, capacity 20 t/h and 50 t/h, in black metal and stainless steel versions.
• ZEO-BE-30 elevator set, 18.5 m stainless steel.
• Set of elevator pipes for ZEO-BE-30 18.5 m stainless steel.

“Part of the equipment will be used to implement a project to increase the productivity of the raw material preparation shop. By installing a stainless steel conveyor (goose neck) and replacing the screw conveyor and elevator with it, the reliability of the feed line from the extraction department to the granulation department will be significantly improved.”, - Regional Sales Manager Andriychuk M.A.

Equipment replacement work is scheduled during the annual maintenance period.
