Modernization of Bunker Scales ZEO-BV-200 (200 t/h)

GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" carried out a comprehensive modernization of the control system of bunker scales, which have been in operation at the oil extraction plant "Ecotrans" since 2009.

Due to changes in the legislation of Ukraine and principles of control of weighing equipment, as well as the emergence of more modern methodology, there was a need to modernize Bunker Scales ZEO-BV-200 (200 t/h). We, as a manufacturer of weighing equipment, which has passed conformity assessment to the requirements of the technical regulations of measuring equipment and received a certificate of type examination on module B, undertook to solve this problem.

The difficult situation in the market, on the one hand, requires from agro-industrial enterprises maximum automation of production and business processes, compliance with international standards, minimization of repair and maintenance costs, high accuracy of technical and commercial accounting means. On the other hand, it raises the issue of cost and investment minimization even more acutely. The basis of the complex modernization - the introduction of hardware and software complex "SMART-Weighs", allowed to solve these problems due to a thoroughly developed technical solution.

The realized project is a balanced complex of technical means, in which premium-class equipment is used in the most critical areas, and for solving standard tasks - economically attractive brands, the reliability of which has already passed the test of time at the enterprises of Ukraine:

• weighing electronic module "SIWAREX" ("SIEMENS", Germany);
• PLC "Simatic S7-1200" ("SIEMENS", Germany);
• strain gauges ("Keli Sensing Technology", China);
• automation cabinet (Zernovaya Stolitsa-Engineering, Ukraine);
• SMART software (Zernovaya Stolitsa-Engineering, Ukraine).

Implementation of APK "SMART-Weighs" for the enterprise is a reliable and accurate solution that meets the requirements of international standards, minimizes the human factor, provides a high level of economic security. And in the aggregate - another important advantage in the competition.

In the course of commissioning works, the ZEO-BV-200 automatic bunker scales of discrete action for total accounting successfully passed the conformity assessment of measuring equipment and type testing, which was carried out under the control of the certified state body for standardization and metrology. As a result of the inspection, the specialists of the state body noted the reliable and highly accurate operation of weight-measuring equipment produced by GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa", and also confirmed its compliance with all current regulatory and technical documentation and legislative acts of Ukraine.
