The largest hopper scales in Europe are made by Grain Capital
We are proud to announce that our specialists have completed manufacturing and shipment of industrial hopper scales with a design capacity of 2800 tons per hour. The scales are designed to work at one of the key transshipment terminals of Ukraine, which provides stable logistics of agricultural products and participates in international food programs.
Dimensions of the scales are 6.5 × 4.4 meters, the height of the structure without weights for calibration is 16.3 meters. It is the largest hopper scales in Europe today.
They are registered in the State Register of Ukraine.
A number of engineering solutions have been implemented during production, in particular, for the accuracy of positioning of flaps, sealing of module joints and stable operation under high loads.
Installation of the equipment is planned to start in the nearest future. All works will be performed by Grain Capital specialists in compliance with the customer's requirements, safety standards and technical regulations of Ukraine.
