New range of conveyors ZEO-BCE
Today LLC "Elevator Equipment Plant" is the only domestic developer and manufacturer of closed roller belt conveyors. Only foreign companies, such as "Hi Roller", "InterSystems" USA, develop and produce equipment of the same design.
In 2016, design engineers of our company developed a technical solution for the design of a belt conveyor in a closed version, which received the in-plant index ZEO-BCE. The prototype was successfully tested under load, and the design of this conveyor was approved by leading technical specialists of major port terminals and elevators in the country, including the companies: "Novotech-Terminal", "Kernel", "Astarta-Kiev", "Olympex-Kupe", etc.
The line of closed belt conveyors covers capacities from 50 t/h to 2 000 t/h. This conveyor is the most energy efficient conveyor compared to the scraper conveyors used.
The design of conveyors was developed in such a way to make it completely hermetic, which allows the Customer to completely solve the issue of dedusting of assemblies in which these products are installed, as well as to prevent the ingress of precipitation and foreign objects into the transported product, to save on additional shelters, protective structures, metal consumption of galleries.
This equipment produced by LLC "Elevator Equipment Plant" has a significantly low cost compared to foreign analogs, and in addition, we provide round-the-clock service support of our equipment, which in principle can not be in foreign colleagues.
Closed belt conveyors ZEO-BCE have been successfully operated at major terminals in Ukraine since 2017. No equipment failures have been recorded during the entire period of operation.
