Equipment for the construction of a new elevator

Construction of a new grain elevator starts, for which specialists of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" have manufactured transport and gravity equipment of L series.

L ZEO line is a classification of elevator equipment, which covers the capacity from 80 to 250 t/h.

The scope of delivery includes the following equipment:

• ZEO-DC galvanized scraper conveyors - 100 t/h.
• Galvanized steel self-supporting elevators ZEO-BES - 100 t/h (complete with service platform).
• Alloy steel gravity flow equipment: transition spigots, sectors, inlets, pipes, roller gate valves.

For additional wear resistance, all equipment is equipped with polymer lining, the thickness of which varies from 5 mm to 10 mm. Also included are Solido-500 LAA level sensors.

Scraper conveyors and elevators are equipped with Simogear (Siemens) gearboxes, European electric motors and bearing units (RTI/PTI).
