Odesa, the sea, sports, and the well-coordinated Grain Capital team

What could be better for strengthening team spirit than a joint sporting event ending with a delicious breakfast by the sea? A rhetorical question.

On August 2, the Grain Capital-2025 corporate marathon took place. On this day, the Health Trail turned into a real sports arena for our employees.

The race showed who is the fastest in our team and who knows how to support others so that, even if you come in second to last, you feel like a real winner.

“Finally, we continued our favorite corporate holiday. This is a continuation of a tradition that we started many years ago, in the peaceful pre-war year of 2017. Our event is about healthy competition, support, and healthy habits, which definitely bring us closer together as the Grain Capital team," comments Tetyana Gaponiuk, Head of Marketing.

After crossing the finish line, everyone was treated to a pleasant surprise — breakfast at a cozy restaurant by the sea and gifts.

This year, our favorite marathon took on a new meaning. The race became a family and corporate celebration, as our children ran the short distance with us!

About the winners: the top three received a vacation in picturesque Yaremche, because who else but them could conquer the Carpathian Mountains? The fourth and fifth places were awarded cash certificates for dinner at a Bessarabian cuisine restaurant.

The leaders of the race were production and automation department employees among the men, while among the women, the winning places were shared by the commercial department. Congratulations!

This marathon proved once again that we are not just colleagues, but a real team, where everyone supports each other, and shared moments of joy and achievement only strengthen our bonds. It was a day filled with positivity, sportsmanship, and unforgettable emotions!
