The optimal (compact) solution for increasing the amount of storage
Our partner's agricultural enterprise in the Ternopil region has begun to operate the expanded capabilities of its business.
The project provided for an increase in the storage volume thanks to two silos with lateral discharge and adaptation to the existing complex. GC "Zernova Stolytsia" specialists developed a concept with the subsequent implementation of the project.
Our company produced and delivered the following equipment:
- Grain storage silos with a capacity of 1,250 tons each.
- Conveyors with ZEO-DC galvanized scrapers with a capacity of 50 t/h. Self-supporting ZEO-BES cloud - 50 t/h with additional platform for maintenance.
- ZEO-TT transition nozzles.
- ZEO-AVTP and ZEO-MVOP automatic reversing valves.
- Other gravity equipment: elbows, sections, flanges, sectors, sockets, etc.
Equipment installation and automation of the complex were also carried out.
