The optimal (compact) solution for increasing storage capacity for the farm
Our partner's agricultural enterprise in Ternopil region has started operating expanded facilities for its business.
The project involved increasing the storage volume by installing two silos with side discharge and adapting them to the existing complex. The specialists of Grain Capital Group of Companies developed a concept with further project implementation.
Our company manufactured and delivered the following equipment:
- Grain storage silos with a capacity of 1,250 tons each.
- ZEO-DC galvanized scraper conveyors with a capacity of 50 tons per hour.
- Self-supporting elevator ZEO-BES - 50 t/h with an additional service platform.
- Transition pipes ZEO-TT.
- ZEO-AVTP and ZEO-MVOP automatic tipping valves.
- Other gravity equipment: elbows, sections, flanges, sectors, inlets, etc.
Also, work was carried out on the installation of equipment and automation of the complex.
