Patent for container for grain cargo transportation

In the first half of 2019, the employees of the company developed and successfully tested a container for transportation of grain cargoes with the subsequent filing of an application for registration of intellectual property in the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property" (Ukrpatent).

At the end of 2019, Ukrpatent issued the corresponding patent for utility model No. 137985.

The container for transportation of grain cargoes has the shape of a parallelepiped, in the upper part of which there is an opening for loading the grain product. In the lower part of the container there are unloading windows connected by a lock, which is installed on the outer side of the body, and a hinge shackle.

For ease of operation, the container is equipped with special devices that allow not only to distribute the load evenly throughout the container, but also to ensure a minimum amount of dust generated.

The device for even distribution of the product is made in the form of two rigid metal sheets, which are fixed on the opposite side walls on the inside of the container body. It makes it possible to fill the useful volume as much as possible in comparison with an ordinary similar container, and also performs the function of reducing dust formation.

The second device during loading provides restriction of dust escape outside the container and leaves a significant part of it inside it. At the same time, the secondary purpose of the device is that during loading, due to its special design, it does not allow foreign objects to get into the interior of the container.

The technical features of this container are its simplicity and reliability of assembly. The construction is designed so as to ensure not only high speed of grain unloading (no more than 2 minutes), but also to prevent the spread of dust. Uniform distribution of cargo inside the container during loading minimizes the fight of grain.
