A solution that saved the customer's money

Our sales executives, in collaboration with Grain Capital's design office and technologists, came up with a technical solution that significantly reduced the number of ZEO-LD telescopic dedusting hoses.

How was it done?

Oil extraction plant in Kirovograd region requested to organize shipment of ungranulated meal into road transport from 12 hoppers and to reduce dust emission during shipment.

After inspection of the territory of the plant instead of installing hoses under each hopper it was proposed to realize one telescopic hose ZEO-LD-300 with built-in aspiration system and automatic drive.

Individual solution and installation of a mobile cart with positioning under each tank allowed to save the budget and instead of installing 12 stationary hoses 1 mobile hose was installed.

The issue of dust emission when shipping the product to road transport was also effectively solved thanks to the automatic bag lifting and the integrated aspiration system (filter bags).
