Development of a high-performance railcar unloader ZEO-DSC-200
For our partner, a large agricultural holding, the specialists of the Grain Capital Group of Companies have developed and supplied a mobile grain unloader ZEO-DSC-200 with an atypical capacity for this line of equipment.
Created on the basis of a wheeled chassis, the mobile transshipment complex ZEO-DSC-200 allows not only unloading grain from a railroad car, for example, onto motor transport, but also loading a hopper car in the reverse order, taking the product from motor transport.
The complex consists of two main units: a receiving chute with 8 horizontal augers and one vertical auger, which is unfolded.
Technical features:
- Ability to operate both from its own 37 kW electric motor and from the power take-off shaft, i.e. the operation is carried out by transferring torque from the internal combustion engine through the cardan shaft of the 80 hp agricultural machine.
- Operation both for loading and unloading of grain product from the hopper wagon.
- The wheeled chassis makes the unit highly mobile and easy to operate.
- Automatic transfer of equipment from transport position to working position by hydraulic system.
Characteristics:
- Capacity from grain 0.75t/m3 - 200t/hour.
- Diameter of augers in chute/collection - 160 mm and 320 mm.
- Maximum loading height - 5.5 m.
