Modern equipment for a soybean processing plant

Grain Capital specialists manufactured, shipped and installed ZEO-SA stripping screw conveyors with a capacity of 100 t/h at Astarta-Kiev processing plant. These conveyors are designed for effective stripping of residual grain mass from soybean after maximum gravity unloading of grain.

The advantages of the installed equipment are its robust design and rigid frame, which guarantee trouble-free operation and performance to specification. The augers have a long service life and high maintainability to minimize maintenance costs.

The whole process - from the beginning of production to the completion of installation - took less than three months, which allowed us to quickly put the new equipment into operation.
