The project "Temporary grain transshipment unit with a capacity of 200 t/h" was successfully implemented
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the project of a temporary grain transshipment unit capable of processing up to 200 tons of product per hour. This project confirms our experience and commitment to provide customers with the best solutions for grain storage and processing.
Thanks to this project, the customer received:
- Expansion of grain handling capacity: the node enables a significant increase in grain processing volumes, leading to better efficiency and profitability.
- Universal solution: the possibility of transshipment of grain from motor vehicles to:
- special containers (containers with bottom unloading);
- other vehicles;
- existing technological lines of the enterprise (mobile belt and chain conveyors).
- Fast commissioning: The project was started in March 2024 and turned-key in May 2024, underscoring our ability to deliver projects on short notice.
- Reliable equipment: the node is equipped with high-quality equipment, such as:
- Truck unloader with a carrying capacity of 80 tons with a platform length of 18 meters.
- Receiving chain conveyor ZEO-DC-200.
- Self-supporting noria ZEO-BES-200.
- Two bunkers ZEO-BSB-3*3 with a capacity of 35 cubic meters. each one
- Set of gravity equipment (valves, latches, etc.)
- Installation and commissioning: our experienced specialists installed and commissioned the equipment, guaranteeing its smooth operation.
The implementation of this project significantly expands the company's capabilities for receiving, moving and transshipment of products, because it significantly increases throughput and, as a result, productivity.
