Manufacturing and installation of equipment for a feed mill

For our partner from Kiev region, specializing in the production of meat products, specialists of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" manufactured and installed the following elevator equipment:

• Screw conveyor ZEO-SC - 20 tons/hour.
• Two-way flip valve ZEO-AVDP-200x45.
• Automatic roller gate valves ZEO-RPA-200.
• Set for elevator extension.
• Bunker ZEO-B.SB-3x3.00.000 with a volume of 44 m.cu.
• Gravity flow equipment consisting of elbows, spigots, flanges, inlets, pipes manufactured by ZEO.

The installation division of GC "Zernovaya Stolitsa" carried out works on installation of two galvanized hoppers, loading of which is carried out with the help of an extended elevator and installed screw conveyor. Automatic roller gate valves were installed to discharge the product from the hoppers.
