Bioethanol plant in Lviv region optimizes production processes thanks to new transportation equipment

We have successfully completed a project for a bioethanol plant in Lviv region, providing a full range of works: manufacturing, supply and installation of transport equipment, as well as process engineering.

As part of the cooperation, the customer was provided with 8 scraper conveyors with a capacity of 50 tons per hour. Our team of specialists carried out work on the technological linkage of the equipment, ensuring the effective integration of transportation systems into the production process.

“During the implementation of the project, we focused on ensuring maximum efficiency and uninterrupted operation of the transportation equipment, taking into account the specifics of the customer's production,” said Roman Semeniuk, Regional Sales Manager at Grain Capital.

The work began in September 2024 and was completed in November of the same year. Thanks to the timely completion of all stages, the plant managed to optimize its production processes and prepare for new volumes of raw materials.
