Increasing the capacity of the processing plant
A processing enterprise in Cherkassy region launched a new production line for which specialists of GC Zernovaya Stolitsa manufactured and supplied a complex batch of elevator equipment. Reconstruction began in the fall of 2022, and in the spring of 2023 the new unit was put into operation.
The delivery includes conveying equipment with a capacity of 50 t/h as well as storage hoppers and gravity feeders:
- ZEO-BE elevators complete with magnetic separator.
- ZEO-DC scraper conveyors.
- ZEO-SC screw conveyor.
- ZEO-B storage bins equipped with inspection hatches.
- Gravity flow equipment.
“This hub will allow us to increase the speed of raw material acceptance and the volume of storage in front of the production shop,” said V. Galich, Commercial Director of Grain Capital, GC.
Process equipment designed specifically for grain products ensures optimal product protection and minimal grain breakage.
