Last week, we made another visit to our customers to conduct a free elevator management business process audit.

During two days, we visited two enterprises with different business models and different levels of development of internal management system automation. But it is precisely from such contrasts that experience is formed, which allows even during short meetings to find ideas for updating existing processes and strategic alternatives.

It is interesting to note that, regardless of the level of systematization and control criteria, 90% of cases can be standardized, because there are already answers to them. But the interesting part starts further down the line, where our clients under-earn most of their money on unique and outstanding tasks.
