In our opinion, the most effective solution for aspiration of receiving devices from road transport is a combination of ZEO-FW filter-cabinets with the Flex-flap dust suppression system. Thanks to this, up to 75% of the dust is retained inside the hopper, as the FLAP-valve creates resistance to the dust escaping to the outside.

How it works:

The ZEO-VAB FLAP system guides the product into the hopper unobstructed, while preventing dust from escaping. The dusty air is cleaned by cabinet-type filters or centralized dust removal equipment. This reduces the volume of air required to hold the dust and increases the efficiency of the aspiration system.

The Flap is a mechanical gravity valve that opens exclusively under the pressure of the product being unloaded from the vehicle body. This minimizes the unimpeded escape of dust outside the receiving hopper.

This solution allows for dedusting of the receiving devices using an aspiration unit that is more optimal in size and energy consumption compared to existing imported and domestic analogues.

The result of the implementation of a comprehensive aspiration system:
