Customized solution for grain handling
Grain Capital has successfully implemented a grain transshipment project in one of Ukraine's key seaports. We have developed and installed a modern mobile belt complex and automated the loading process. The equipment was manufactured individually for the needs of the customer, taking into account its technical specifications and characteristics.
Key features of the equipment:
- Equipment with swivel wheels for maneuvering and transportation around the enterprise.
- Adaptation of the complex to unload grain carriers, trucks and other types of transport.
- Ability to quickly set up both temporary and stationary conveyor lines.
- Ability to work on unequipped sites, which significantly expands the possibilities of use.

The automation department specialists have implemented a number of technical solutions to simplify the operation of the complex in unforeseen conditions and take into account the shortage of qualified personnel:
- Light and sound indication — quick analysis of the conveyor status and elimination of problems in its operation.
- Power supply connector on the control cabinet — quick de-energization and moving the equipment to a protected place without the risk of electric shock.
- Installation of terminal boxes and cable branches in the places of technological connection of metal structures to prevent damage to power and control lines during assembly/disassembly of the conveyor.
- Equipping with a separate power line.
- Availability of a technical condition monitoring system.
The implemented solution ensures efficient logistics of transshipment of grain and bulk materials in the port, high speed of shipment operations, and uninterrupted transfer of products from road to water transport.
The project, including equipment supply, installation and automation works, was completed in 60 days.
