ZEO-DSC-200 Mobile Screw Wagon Unloader/Loader
Add to my project
ZEO-DSC is made up of 8 horizontal augers, 1 assembled auger, and 1 unfolding vertical auger, which are assembled on a frame with a running system. It is built on a frame with a wheeled chassis and equipped with a trailer hitch and lighting system, which allows transportation within the work site by tractor. It features a receiving tray with 8 horizontal (receiving) augers that move the grain to the horizontal collecting auger, which in turn feeds the grain to the vertical auger for unloading.
The augers are driven by torque transmission through chain drives, gearboxes, and axle drive shafts connected to the tractor PTO or electric engine. The augers can be driven by an 80 hp tractor PTO, a 37-kW electric engine (in the electric version), or a combined version.
A set of horizontal and vertical augers constitutes the conveying mechanism, which is connected to the support frame by a rotary circle and is able to rotate 90 degrees relative to the frame using a hydraulic cylinder.
To ensure easy transportation, the vertical auger features a hydraulically folding design and an adjustable hydraulic canopy for efficient railroad wagon loading.
- Simple positioning and no spillage thanks to a large receiving tray with folding walls.
- A hydraulic drive is employed to switch between the working and transport modes.
- Versatile design to be used both for unloading/loading wagons or vehicles.
- Compact dimensions and auger swivel mechanism ensure that the loading operations can be performed in tight spaces and at any place convenient for vehicle access.
- Reinforced auger blade due to its extra thickness.
- Swiveling hydraulic auger canopy.
