The closed-type coil belt conveyor is a continuous conveying device with a working body in the form of a belt. The ZEO-BCE closed belt conveyor is used for transportation of bulk cargo in horizontal, inclined -10⁰ + 22⁰ and horizontal-inclined positions.
A distinctive feature of the closed-type belt conveyor is the support rollers of the cargo branch of a special design, in the form of a coil, in which the bearings are moved out of the dust zone to the walls of the housing. The idle branch moves along the bottom, lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene PE-1000 (UHMW PE), which has a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance.
Such transport equipment optimizes the operation of the enterprise by reducing maintenance costs and maintaining product quality. It is perfectly integrated into modern elevator equipment, ensuring reliability and continuity of production processes.
